Relationship and Sales management
• Ensure that business organizations contact list is up to date
• Conduct visits to prospect business organizations and explain GO’s business products and solutions.
• Acquire new business organization (Enterprise/SME) accounts to increase GO’s market share.
• Build strong relationship with key persons within the concerned business organizations.
• Gather and confirm business organizations requirements.
• Collect RFP’s from business organizations.
• Prepare proposals (Technical/Financial) based on collected RFP in coordination with concerned divisions/departments (Network Solutions/Business Solutions/...etc.)
• Promote new business products for current business organizations.
• Respond to business organizations queries in a timely manner.
• Conduct presentations and present GO’s business product/solution.
• Coach Junior Account Manager, on selling techniques and GO’s products.
• Coordinate the installation of business
Key Responsibilities:
• Reservation area calling Customer and follow up.
• Helping at pre closing Cash and check list to reorganize the store
• Give a Briefing and training to improve the team.
• Expert Leather Goods organizing improving the Sales, reports and results .
• Performing day to day important tasks including attending management meetings, providing customer feedback insights to management, and other work asked by the management.
• Proactively monitoring business development opportunities available with existing as well as new customers and striving to capitalize on them to increase business volume.
• Working around the customer’s buying philosophy, ensuring that right programs are implemented to reward customers for their loyalty, resulting in increased sales.
• Acting as a one point contact between company and the customers, listening to their complaints, while raising these complaints to relevant department for immediate resolution.
• Maintaining customer feedback through a book, updating it with relevant customer suggestions, and ensuring that these suggestions have been communicated to relevant senior management for quick implementation.
• Carefully listening to customers, advising them on different products buying, and offering them suggestions which would make them buy additional products.
• Having a Client's book to focus on the client's Needs
• Reviewing the new products and accessories offered by the company to customers in order to remain updated on their features and ways of convincing customers to buy them.
• Overseeing, managing, and improving the effectiveness of sales team by looking after their training needs while providing them with training which would help them achieve more business.
• Customer service and help to provide the requested number accurately and quickly as fast as possible in addition to giving the site in a simple way.
