Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the program manager in the practical organization of his program
- Assist the program manager in the staffing, and resource management of the different projects within the program
- Follow-up on the project status and exception reporting during the assessment and execution stage (risks, issues, budget, resource management and scope) in close collaboration with the program manager
- Make sure that all project managers deliver up to date project information regarding scope, timeline, exceptions, risks and issues towards the portfolio controller and aggregate this into a monthly program report
- Gather program portfolio KPIs/Metrics (actuals) for the projects within the program
- Align with the release manager of the respective application on the release planning and scope in the different environments and instances
- Ensure consistency across the different projects within the program
- Follow-up on the execution of actions/activities and the adherence to decisions for the program
- Assist the portfolio manager in ad-hoc portfolio management tasks
- Back-up for the program manager in case of absence to follow up on running actions
