1- JOB SUMMARY: handle and maintain the industrial business for the broad range of Petromin customers. Is responsible for all payments and product delivery follow up and for handling customer complaints in this area. 2- PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Prospective Customers. - Sales Negotiations. - Controls. - Client Relationship Management. - Purchase Orders. - Delivery Follow up. - Customer Invoicing. - Collections. - New Price Notifications and Negotiations. - Regular Customer Site Visits. - Customer Complaints. - Meetings. - Vacation Handovers.
