• Effective supervisory skills when working with all associates handling inventory management functions and manage internal inventory control processes and appropriately handle exceptions.
• Supervising the inventory process to be a start point of going live.
• Using ERP systems to reduce shrink in both Warehouse and Stores.
• Concentrating on the process of replenishment methods (FIFO) in order to distribute to all involved stores in proper way.
• Follow up with commercial team (buyers and operations) to get claim on damaged and expired items.
• Verifies, checks discrepancies on stock quantities, packaging, quality and pricing.
• Checking the products status (fast moving, seasonal, dead item) in order to prevent over stock and unneeded products.
• Marked contribution of establishing the new warehouse and recodes the Starting inventory.
• Responsible for establishing some of the best inventory measures including tracking, reporting, and root cause analysis
• All the inventory controller activities (Supervisor level).
Run a series of inventory reports on daily, weekly, or monthly basis and perform detailed analysis of item
performance.
ô Develop accurate, consistent, and enhancements to the inventory reporting structure.
ô Identify ‘heavy’ and ‘low turn’ inventory items and maintain communication reports for sales team.
ô Perform inventory adjustments (quantity and price variance analysis)
ô Perform visual validation of received merchandise to description and package details from original purchase order.
ô Manage the RTV (Return to Vendor) process. Includes item documentation - tracking, adjusting / destroying.
ô Input product description information in current inventory and internet systems.
ô During catalog production, assist Product Line Mgr and Buyers with product selection and carryover volumes.
ô Develop merchandising information guide as an ‘enhancement’ to increase inventory turn performance.
ô Work in tandem with the entire Product Solutions team and maintain flexible attitude supporting all stated objectives.
ô Possess or gain expertise within the amusement/entertainment center, fundraising and educational learning center
industries as well as active participation in industry organizations
ô Maintenance and accountability for high levels of customer service (internal and external)
ô Perform in a manner consistent with company Vision, Mission Statement and Operating Principles
