o Check the returned (tablets / laptops) and maintain the damaged ones in cooperation with vendors.
o Assist staff with local and network applications, converting files from other applications, unzipping and decoding, formatted E-mail attachments and provide any programs that might be needed by end-users.
o Send weekly report to the IT Support Manager and the IT director about the main and important issues that happened within the last week.
o Cooperate with Security department in some cases such as lost and found items.
