- Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.

- Organizing and managing events worship, training sessions, and meetings between ERP vendors and UQU end members

T Project Manager at KAU Vice Presidency for Business & Knowledge Creativity, my responsibilities was as followed:
- Played a key role in establishing a strategic project for KAU the Jeddah Driving School for women, by developing the
project plan, estimated cost, timeline, and milestone payment schedule for a fixed fee, fixed-scope implementation
- Managed the implementation of the following subprojects (1- online registration system, 2- financial application system,
3- IT infrastructure).
- Provide all technical advice on IT systems, and provide analysis of the financial systems for General Administration of Self-Resources using different tools such as Qlikview and SAP Crystal Report.
Manage the daily IT department operations, provide consultations for general IT projects and ensure the streamlined operation of the IT services is working in harmony with the business objectives of KAU, provide and design multiple reports for KAU projects my main achievements can be summarized in the following points:
• Played a key role in the automation project for turning the paper passed system for the governmental contracts and tenders to computerized system using IBM MAXIMO solution. This process included both the project and software development life cycle for example (Analyze Business Processes, Understand User Requirements and Governmental Contracts and Tenders system - prepare a comprehensive and Complete analysis of the procedures - Analyzing Business Processes, advising of best practices and suggesting enhancements - implement integration plan for the University Financial system and MAXIMO .
• Designed a large number of different reports such as projects financial status, project progress, by using Birt, SAP Crystal Report and Qlikview. Also provided the project executive managers with several Dashboard and BI reports using SAP Crystal Report and Qlikview.
• Planning, coordinating, and designing IT-related activities of the organization, as well as providing administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department.
• Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
• Planned price strategies related to systems and prepared proposal documents for development process.
Responsible for Managing, planning and analyzing the needs of the business and its customers and coming up with small ERP solutions to business problems designed by using ASP.NET technology the software include (accounting, Sales, procurement, HR management, and Inventory management).
Responsible for the day to day IT requirements of Vice Presidency for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research such as user management, trouble shooting, help and advice. Maintaining desktop applications, local area networks, IT security .
