• Worked with the Chief Data Officer and the Data Architect to develop and implement project processes
o This work included mapping out all of the process required from the inception of a project, until the delivery of a project
 This included creating documents such as business requirements document, project charters, technical requirements document, change request forms, and closure documents
o Responsible for organizing client meetings throughout projects
 This included defining project scope, timelines, resources, constraints, outputs, outcomes, deliverables, and key performance indicators. This also included providing and receiving updates to and from the clients
o Responsible for developing project processes which were implemented across the office, and were then used by hundreds of colleagues
• Used visual tools like Miro to facilitate discussions regarding business requirements
• Developed strategic and mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders to deliver important files and initiatives across the department
• Oversaw projects for over 60 people, which included 6 teams all under the Chief Data Officer
• Worked with Two factions of the office, the data management and data science sides to implement processes to track and report on their work
o This included working with teams to shift from updating their task trackers on separate tools like excel spreadsheets and Jira, to centralizing all of the teams’ priorities and tasks on Azure DevOps
 The goal of this is to create a centralized view
• Currently overseeing 37 projects that are happening concurrently, with the cumulative budget surpassing $10 million dollars
• Delivered multiple presentations to senior executives on processes that I’ve developed
o Was able to influence the direction of our office, and how we do the work we do
