Worked as a Business Process Consultant in a BPR Project for the Department of Municipal Affairs, Government of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) project is one of the largest transformation projects in the region aims to modernise and establish a unified business process throughout the municipal system in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region. My leading role in the BPR involves,
• Advisory on the overall process architecture.
• Coordinate the activities of all process owners and end users.
• Critically review and assess the municipalities various strategic plans including the AS-IS processes and levels of readiness.
• Implemented 400 new LEAN processes and advised on the design of over 1500 new TO-BE processes through the application of Mouchel’s transformational BPR approach.
• Framework to support process deployment.
• Managing various tasks associated with process maps such as Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, RACI Matrix, KPIs and improvement opportunities.
• Providing training and change management support.
• Facilitating the delivery of various workshops and awareness sessions.
• Liaising with auditing specialists to ensure all processes are in compliance with EFQM and ISO standards.
