Worked as a Business Process Consultant in a BPR Project for the Department of Municipal Affairs, Government of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) project is one of the largest transformation projects in the region aims to modernise and establish a unified business process throughout the municipal system in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region. My leading role in the BPR involves,
• Advisory on the overall process architecture.
• Coordinate the activities of all process owners and end users.
• Critically review and assess the municipalities various strategic plans including the AS-IS processes and levels of readiness.
• Implemented 400 new LEAN processes and advised on the design of over 1500 new TO-BE processes through the application of Mouchel’s transformational BPR approach.
• Framework to support process deployment.
• Managing various tasks associated with process maps such as Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, RACI Matrix, KPIs and improvement opportunities.
• Providing training and change management support.
• Facilitating the delivery of various workshops and awareness sessions.
• Liaising with auditing specialists to ensure all processes are in compliance with EFQM and ISO standards.
Worked as a Consultant in CHIA system for London Primary Care Trusts (PCTs), UK
Child Health Interim Application (CHIA) system is used by ten London PCTs (Primary Care Trusts) to manage and monitor child vaccinations. My role included,
• Development and implementation of bespoke deployment approaches covering training and roll-out of enterprise-wide child care solutions.
• Development of business requirements.
• Business process mapping using BPMN.
• Architecting interfaces to third party systems (Integration Strategy).
• Change Management.

Worked as an IT Consultant in the e-SAP Project for the Department of Health, UK
The Electronic Single Assessment Process system for London (e-SAP) introduced by the Department of Health to support health and social care staff to provide more coordinated and joined up health and social care for Londoners. My work in the project included,
• Development of business requirements.
• Configuration for product testing and assisting with test programmes.
• Contribution to the production of product documentation.
• Developing XSLT style sheets for data transformation according to various schemas.
