 Development, revision, and amendment of the companys maintenance and engineering procedure, including the MOE, CAME.  Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, identifying areas for improvement.  Participate in occurrence investigations, risk assessment, and the management of change processes.
 Participate in preparing corrective action plans for non-conformities raised as a result of the internal and external audits.

post holder)  Development and update of Policies, Manuals and Procedures covering Quality Management System in compliance with Regulatory Requirements & standards.  Conduct Risk Assessment including change Management Process.  Liaison with Regulatory Authorities, certification bodies & customers on regulatory /Safety/Quality matters.  Development and implementation of quality audit program in which compliance with all maintenance procedures is reviewed at regular intervals.  Manage Certifying staf authorization and ensure technical, procedural knowledge and practical experience of the certifying staf.  Prepare and submit occurrence reports to Authorities and Manufacturer, initiating any necessary further investigation and follow-up activity.

 Review, process and record applications for registration of aircraft, registering and de-registering aircraft as appropriate, and issuing certificates of registration.  Survey aircraft for issuance, renewal and validation or acceptance of certificates of airworthiness.  Evaluate and approve continuing airworthiness and maintenance organization procedures manuals.  Evaluate and approve aircraft maintenance programmes, including condition reliability programmes.  Participate in accident investigation.  Perform audits and investigations for the issue, renewal of approvals as necessary for CAMOs (Part M Subpart G) and AMOs (Part 145).  Review and do assessment for the applications for approvals of repairs, variations, and exemptions.  Preparation and recommendation of regulatory changes and amendments to the national air law concerning all matters of airworthiness.
