1- Receive imported food shipments. Verify the adequacy and perception of documents for it is purposes. Inspect the food imported shipments and allowance the entrance of them accords to the standards.
2- Participate in the committees of destroying food items that did not prove it is suitability for human consumption.. Carry out and control the destruction process to ensure it is completion perfectly and issue the destruction certificates base o the traders and importers demand
3- Issue export certificates for food health, radiation-free certificates for food on demand.
4- Classify and register of product electronically and approve food items labels.
5- Participate internal auditing processes of the implemented quality systems such as ISO 17020 and ISO 9001:2000.
• Prepare clear Pre Requisite Program and implement all GMP, SSOPs, SOPs and Good Personal Hygiene Standards. Prepare and implement Food Safety Manual and HACCP systems. Monitor HACCP for all aspects of the food chain and specific food production ensuring Critical Controls are understood and obeyed. Periodic monitoring and verification
• Supervise and discipline of all staff in the premise areas to the HACCP standards.
Suggest any changes/improvements to HACCP systems, which maximise efficiency of staff, and improve food safety and HACCP practices. Issue reports to maintenance weekly to ensure the structural condition of all food areas is maintained, categorised with regard to risk.
• Maintain a high Personal Hygiene standards, cleanliness and safety at work as laid down in the company policy and the Health & Safety at Work and ensure that they are adhered to. Carry out on and off the job training of staff in accordance with the training plan to the standards. Familiarise with the standards of performance manuals and any other relevant manuals related to the department and ensure that they are observed and acted upon.
• Assist and coordinate the training of all food handlers in Food Safety and HACCP. Carry out other occasional duties related to the scope of the job as requested. Make sure the HACCP system complies with all relevant legislation: Health & Safety at Work, Fire Precautions, and Hygiene Regulations Amended.
• Conduct a monthly Full Food Safety Audit of all areas related to the HACCP System Management, and produce monthly report with findings. Conduct monthly HACCP System meeting and report findings to senior team,
• Present Corrective Action report detailing what has been done and what needs to be done. Establish Verification and Validation Procedures to ensure the efficiency of the HACCP system Attend scheduled operations meetings.
Prepare the breading houses before receiving the chicks . Contract with the chicks suppliers and receive them at the airport . Transfer them to the breading house . Feed the chicks with selected feedings and veterinarian treatments until getting the optimum weight for broiler chicken .Then slaughter them properly, clean and pack for the market
teaching the practical side of courses Introduction to Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, Non-organic Chemistry, Chemistry of Lipids, Proteins, Unconventional Food Sources, Enzymes in Food Processing (2003 - 2004).
