Designed a comprehensive Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) mechanism and successfully implemented down to branch and customer level
Detailed periodic analysis of Loss Incurring Branches with action plan for converting them into profitable units
Close monitoring of cost of deposits down to transaction level and recommend changes in returns on liability products
Assisting CEO in quarterly business reviews including monitoring of progress on key progress and actionable points
