Contract drafting, review, and negotiation: Drafting, review, and negotiating frame agreements and other contracts in collaboration with relevant business managers.
• Provide operational and practical input to support the Authority’s regulatory standards, evaluate inconsistencies and ambiguities, and clarify queries and policies.
• Legal strategies: Anticipating and identifying legal issues of concern to management and proactively develop effective legal strategies and practical solutions.

• Support the Counsel - Legal on the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of commercial contracts.
• Assist in the development of contract templates, proofread translated vital legal terms in bilingual documents.
• Provide legal advice and support to Corporate Governance/company secretarial.
