Project Description - (Construction Of 24 Km Of Main And Local Roads In Stage - 2 Campus, The Outer Fence Of Stage - 2 Campus With Total Length Of 8.2 Km, And 7 Main Gates)
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and analysis of conceptual design issues and preconstruction activities
- Coordinate and review of the development of architectural and engineering construction drawings and bid documents
- Serve as liaison between client and design and construction
- Create and administer requests for proposals to architects/engineers/consultants and contractors
- Procurement coordination for any materials, services, and maintenance of the equipment
- Team coordination and general and technical support to the site and office team members
- Observe, manage, and report on construction process and construction related issues
- Identifies, secures, and tracks resources including staff and materials
- Meet with Sub-contractors, architects, engineers and consultants to review the project status and resolve issues
- Review and conduct analysis of potential changes to budget or schedule
- Get Permits From Municipality Or Any Other Related Party
- Prepare documentation for analysis, review and solving of specific issues
- Manage Subcontractor and vendor database; coordinate and manage detailed scope lists; bid documents coordination and distribution; preliminary estimate preparation; qualify subcontractor and vendor quotes
- Prepare And Review Shop Drawings And Quantities Calculations
Project Name - Completion Of Some Roads In Riyadh Area - Group (9)
Project Description - (Construction Of 30KmNew Highway, 7 Km Doubling For Existing Road, Multiple New Agriculture Roads In Different Regions With Total Of 27 Km, And A Full Diamond Interchange With A Post Tension Bridge)
Responsibilities
- Supervising The Site Work And Guarantee The Required Quality And Specifications
- Manage The Resources (Materials, Equipment, And Manpower) Available And Coordinating Their Work To Meet With The Specified Timeline and Deadlines
- Supervising Iron Workers, Carpenters, And Concrete Casting Activities
- Managing Precast Yard, Supervising Stressing And Grouting Procedures, Supervising Iron Workers, Carpenters, And Concrete Casting Activities
- Supervising And Revising Laboratory Work And Reports
- Review The Design Drawings
- Prepare Any Required Shop Drawings
- Planning The Site Work, Resources, Required Designs, And Shop Drawings
