Reviewing design and issuing for IFC, approving shop drawings, approval of material submittals and closely monitoring the quality of erection and approving RFI of complete mechanical systems when worked as a PM’s engineer in Projacs International.
Project planning, contractors review and advisory, Preparation of Bill of Quantities and cost control of complete mechanical systems when worked as a client engineer in organization - Muttahid, Amjad.
Preparation of shop drawing and material submittals. Following the execution and get approval for executed work and handing over the project within stipulated time frame when worked with various contractors (BIN LADEN, Sharqawi etc., )
Preparation of conceptual drawing, heat load calculation using software and manually, preparation of material and equipment specification. Equipment schedule etc., when worked with Abid Hussain Consultant, Delhi - India.
Provide design requirement and client concept to the designer as per the Architects.
Review of the preliminary design concept and coordinate with Arch. and other engineers for any other requirements.
Recommend alternative solution whenever design details can be simplified without altering the design concept thus improving construction feasibility and reduce cost.
Review of BOQ and evaluation of the price before the tendering.
Review any change order pertaining to the compliance of the contract requirement.
Follow up of the construction schedule with site engineers and contractor for all Mechanical works to ensure that the work carried out at site is in accordance with the contract requirements and time.
Review Evaluate and Process Payment Certificates pertaining to the Mechanical works.

Site supervision of the installation of Air conditioning works; Fire Fighting Systems and; Plumbing works for buildings.
