Responsibilities:

o Senior cost control/estimator, estimated more than 500 tenders with respect to Construction, Concrete Repair, Waterproofing, and Coatings.
o Prepares tender analysis sheets.
o Leading a team of 3 estimators & 4 drafts men.
o Carrying out of tender documents and ensuring completeness of the required scope of work, bonds/insurances, terms of payment and the general instruction to the tenderer.
o Preparation of the appropriate tender pricing format and the technical specification requisite.
o Ensuring and maintaining the standard template for tender documents preparation such as instruction to tenderers, attachments, form of agreement, general conditions of contract, scope of works/services, notes on pricing, insurance/taxation and administrative instruction.
o Leading the cost estimation/control team starting from Sept. 2014.
o Technical site support.
o Cost controlling techniques using CPI & EV methods.
o Calculating the KPI for running projects.
