• Review of IFR design documents at 30%, 60%, 90% and IFC stages.

• Execution of predictive maintenance of gas production, gathering and delivery facilities.
• Planning and execution of the pipeline pigging and In-Line-Inspections (ILI).
• Conducting the ILI data analysis and planning the pipeline repairs as per data acquired from intelligent pigging.
• Carrying out the planned maintenance and turnarounds.
• Ensuring readiness for unplanned and breakdown maintenance to minimize the plant downtime.
• Using tools like Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Fault Tree Analysis, Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis, 5-Why technique and Fish-bone Diagram for fault finding and devising the strategies to eliminate the causes of the faults.
• Implementing the Management of Change (MOC) procedure for modifications and upgrades.
• Utilizing IBM Maximo to optimize and improve maintenance operations.
• Conducting the detailed integrity assessment of pipelines and process equipment.
• Collaborating with assets team members to develop, maintain and compile asset reliability, practicality and condition information necessary for the asset planning, delivery and maintenance strategies.
• Review of design drawings (GA, P&ID and Isometrics)
• Developing work-packs and tracking the construction progress as per project schedule
• Review and study of equipment installation manuals, project specifications, legislations and relevant codes & standards to generate below documents.

• Reviewing subcontractor’s welding qualification records and welding procedures documents
• Monitoring the piping and structural steel fabrication and installation
• Monitoring of installation of process equipment as per installation manuals and procedures
• Conducting the walkthroughs to inspect the completeness of the construction works.
• Progress tracking and subcontract management through day to day engagement and weekly progress review meetings
• Devising the isolation maps and methodologies for field hydrostatic testing of piping system
• Managing the holiday detection tests and coating repairs.
• Prioritizing the construction activities according to planned handover dates of different systems.
• Attending the meetings associated with completions and identifying opportunities for improvement.
