• Supporting Maintenance team for commissioning and start up activities.

Plans and Coordinates the Implementation of Scheduled Maintenance Programs on all Processing Facilities.
• Preparing Maintenance Plans for all Static and Rotating Equipment, Identifying specific Work requirements, anticipated Manpower, Work Hours and Materials.
• Raising Work Orders for Preventive Maintenance including identifying type, job plan and specific materials requirements.
• Reserving Materials and Raising Requisitions (MR).

Administers, maintains and utilizes the Maintenance Management System (MMS) to plan, control and update all the maintenance activates and keep detailed work and equipment records.

Carries out all shutdown Planning and Scheduling Outstanding work to be done during equipment downtime.

Plans the Major overhaul of rotating equipment. (Determines vendor recommendations).

Follows up on to identify/discuss any corrective actions necessary after operational failures.

Maintains Maintenance Management System at the highest levels of operational efficiency.
• Ensuring that all the databases and equipment records.
• Kept up to date Ongoing Maintenance and Overhaul Shutdowns.

Do Maintenance Activites PM, CM, & Maintain all Mechanical defects of Vessel and follow operation, seafarer, safety & …… etc. to let the process of gob (Carriage and Transport Goods) continue properly.
