Working for a large ISO certified, Electrical and Mechanical engineering and contracting company, I was fully in charge of commercial construction and management for electro-mechanical projects. My responsibilities included: completing till hand over the construction of two infrastructure projects for SABIC and SADAF within the Royal Commission area in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia. Scope of work included design and construction of infrastructure for underground utilities of eight major housing developments such as, electrical power distribution ( MV&LV), main sanitary sewer, storm drain, potable water, and telecommunication.
In charge of managing, till hand over, the construction of E&M works for Taiba Residential & Commercial Center- Western Tower in Madina, Saudi Arabia. The 21story building, total area 670, 000 square ft. consisted of: 5- underground parking and commercial levels, and 14 typical floors of 361 residential apartments. The project comprised complete power distribution, low current systems, all mechanical and plumbing services, fire- fighting network, chilled water, HVAC systems, Drainage and domestic water distribution.

Managing several projects at a time. including estimation and bidding to execution of U.S Govt. projects.Reported directly to the President of the company, I was in charge of all levels of multi-project management and project managers. As a prime electrical contractor for the U.S Department of Defense- working on Military Construction projects throughout the United States. Specialized in electrical medium voltage distribution and substations including: Erection of Steel Structure, Bus, Voltage Regulators, Capacitor Banks, Power Transformers from 110/12.470KV and 33/12.470 KV, Dead

My responsibilities included: Reviewing prospective projects for bid, take off and estimating using “Estimation & Pricing” software. Managing acquired projects until final completion with full accountability of profit and loss. This involved material /equipment procurement and expediting, selecting subcontractors for various disciplines, close management of Webb personnel and subcontractors, effective planning and scheduling, preparation and negotiation of construction claims and change orders. I was also the administrator of the company’s quality control program.
