Support and assist operations manager and team to achieve operations objective and effectively manage the branch staff force. Communicate with staff and assist them in resolve problems that are within areas of responsibility. Ensure good relations are maintained with all members of staff at all levels. Issuing of deployment orders and informing staff about their redeployment, transfers, training schedules, disciplinary notifications etc
I was assigned at the Dbai International Airport to support immigration and boarding process. In this role I was responsible to check passport and boarding pass of the passengers to stop unauthorized persons in respective areas. To assist the passengers in different state of affairs and to provide them needful information was also a part of my job.
