Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and Partners.
 Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards.
 Install and configure systems such as Microsoft infrastructure O365, and all business requirements including VMware, Symantec backup exec, IBM severs, Netapp storage, Kaspersky antivirus servers etc
 Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
 Perform daily system monitoring through OP Manager and verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
 Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
 Working on ADMT to migrate Users and Computers accounts from one domain to another domain.
 Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
 Create, change, and delete user account/groups/contacts and mailboxes on on-premises exchange as well as on cloud as per request from HR.
 Provide Tier II/other support per request from various countries in MEA like Kuwait, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and India etc. Investigate and troubleshoot issues. Repair and recover from hardware and software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.

• Managing Different locations for the IT (Systems/Networks) Related issues.
• Responsible for managing, planning and troubleshooting, operating systems and applications.
• Maintaining the OS and computer management through MS SCCM.
• Looking after all IT-Systems/Networks related issues along with business applications

• Looking after Nortel telephony systems.
• Maintain hardware and software inventories (AMS), through software BMC Remedy
• Responsible for internet Wimax/DSL services for the staff accommodation and remote offices and coordinating with vendor (Etisalat) accordingly.

• Looking after Wireless connectivity issues (WiFI- Access Point)
• Looking after the CCTV System for the security department and coordinating with vendor (Elenco) for the 2nd level issues.
• Managing the IT Service Desk, 2nd line Support, Xerox Managed Print Service.
• Liaison with internal departments, vendors, and suppliers to determine users’ requirements, execute projects, set service standards, and ensure quality performance and users’ satisfaction.
