 Provide Tier II/other support per request from various countries in MEA like Kuwait, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and India etc. Investigate and troubleshoot issues. Repair and recover from hardware and software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
