Oversee the planning and organization of a production process and ensure
availability of necessary material, equipment, and labor resources required for
a plan.
Conduct inspections to ensure production machinery are operational and
efficient.
Ensure production complies with established quality control specifications and
standards.
Monitoring and supervising the activities of production personnel to ensure
effective performance of job duties.
Liaise with other departmental heads such as the QA Director to ensure finished
products are of the best quality.
Ensure manufacturing and production personnel comply with set health and
safety policies when carrying out job duties.
Motivate a manufacturing team to achieve set objectives and target.
Organize training programs to enhance personnel job skill and knowledge.
Issue reports of manufacturing operations, which they present to company
management to update them on expended resources.
Design and implement plans for the effective use of material and labor
resources to achieve manufacturing target
