K&A was granted to create project management office (PMO) representing Ministry of Finance (MoF) in their projects. As part of the contracts division in K&A, I was in charge of reviewing financial and contractual obligation of MoF contracts and assist in building quarterly cash flow forecasts.

Prepare monthly variance analysis and management ad hoc reports.
Manage the various tasks of treasury and coordination with banks.
Manage the various tasks and activities related to Finance, HR & Admin.
Build the organizational structure and internal policies and procedures for HR and Finance.
Manage the various tasks and activities of the finance department.
Supervise the preparation of financial statements and annual budgets.

Oversee the company's flow of cash and evaluate capital expenditures.
Ensure that appropriate financial procedures and internal controls are in place.
Review, analyze and consolidate monthly financial statements of OFC group.
Prepare variance analysis reports of OFC’s consolidated income statement.
Assist in compilation of OFC’s Executive Committee report of operating and capital budgets.
Evaluate prospective investments and project feasibility studies.
Prepare ad hoc management reports and company valuation.
Plan, monitor and control expenses and recommend ways to reduce cost.
Prepare projected cash flow reports and analyze bids.
Coordinate with all departments and incorporate their forecasts in the Refinery's Financial Budgets.
Prepare monthly various analysis reports.
Assisted in bank reconciliation, journal entries and product pricing.
