Area sales manager in General trad
1. Manage & monitor performance of Supervisors to ensure all areas deliver the targetted volume & margin
2. Achieve the budgetted volume & margin of Fresh, Foods, Juice & UHT products to deliver company’s targetted profit
3. Achieve the distribution target on a week to week basis in all trade channels as per the recommended product portfolio to optimize the sales & increse market share
4. Monitor and ensure that the orders of all products are in line with the market demand to control wastage & optimize sales
5. Ensure that all customers comply with company credit policy to avoid any financial loss
6. Make sure all employees adhere to Almarai quality & safety policy to ensure product quality & employee safety
7. Identify the training needs of Supervisors & provide/ facilitate the training inputs to equip them with the required skills & knowledge
8. Identify potential candidates from the team & coach them to provide career advancement
• To achieve the highest return on investment and maintain its viability.
• assist in the administration of the project and carry out the tasks entrusted to him by the project manager.
