•Schedule store visits and conduct competitor survey.
•Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties.
•Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage and missing parts.
•Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
•Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products.
Rent, buy, or sell property for clients.
•Study property listings
•Interview prospective clients
•Discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts
•Create official papers such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases
•Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers
•Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.
