Job Description / Scope of Work: A: Corrective Maintenance
• General overhauling of specialized equipments, Equipments related technical reports, repair status and formal turnover schedule for Preventive Maintenance.
• Commissions & checks new mechanical equipments.
• Coordination in Preventive maintenance in general overhauling.
A-1: Electromechanically Control & Instrumentation
• Repairs, Trouble shoots, Installation and Preventive Maintenance for Control ( Pneumatic & Electric) & Instrumentation.
• Calibration of Control systems (Flow measuring devices, Level Measuring Devices etc.)
• Monitors & Reports the progress of all maintenance works while strictly observers safety procedures.
B: General Maintenance
Overall in-charge of operation, Repairs & maintenance of following equipments
o Chilled water pumps
o Garage supply & Exhaust systems
o Sump pumps & sewage exhaust systems
o Domestic water, Fountain, & Irrigation Pumps
o Fire protection system
o Documents filling Machine (ROTAMAT)
• Schedules & executes Preventive Maintenance.
• Building Complaints& Co-ordination with Work Control Center (WCC)
C: HVAC / General Cooling Department
Overall in-charge of operation, Repairs & maintenance of following equipments
o Packed type Air Conditioning Units (PACU)
o Split type Air Conditioning Units (SACU)
o Window type Air Conditioning Units (WACU)
o York Cetrifugal Chillers
o Trane Reciprocating Chillars
o Hyrdonis (Chilled water Piping) Systems
• Responsible for Operations & maintenance of all related Auxillary equipments and the required cooling load which involves operation of said equipments.
D: Air Handling Units (AHU) Department
Overall in-charge of operation, Repairs & maintenance of following equipments
o All types of units.
o Air Duct Systems
o Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes
• Responsible for maintaining the required cooling load which involves operation of said equipments.
• Schedules & executes Preventive Maintenance.
E: Plumbing Section
Overall in-charge of operation, Repairs & maintenance for all plumbing works which includes all piping systems & Fire sprinkler systems.
D: Water Treatment Plant (WTP)
Overall in-charge of operation, Repairs & maintenance of following equipments
o Sedimentation systems & agitation
o Bio classifiers
o Filtrations & Adsorbing Systems
• Responsible for maintaining the required COD & BOD load
• Schedules & executes Preventive Maintenance.
Profile Dewan Salman Fibre Ltd., (DSFL) is a joint venture among Dewan Mushtaq Group, Mitsubishi Corporation of Japan and Samyang Corporation of Korea. It is Pakistan's largest manufacturer of polyester staple Fiber. Although the aggregate installed capacity of merged DSFL is 199, 500 tons per annum (tpa) i.e. 570 tons per Day (tpd), the company has achieved and maintained the production level of 700 tpd since February 2001 as a result of technological know-how gained over a decade long experience in polyester manufacturing.

Position & Deputy Manager / Maintenance
Job Description / Scope of Work: • Installation & maintenance of all types of Rotary Machines,
• Operation & maintenance of Pumps, Compressors, Cooling Tower, Chillers & WTP.
• Erection of Petrochemical plant having capacity of 400 tones per Day.
• Troubleshooting of incoming problems at rotary equipment, rectification and future preventive actions.
• Minimizing frequency of corrective maintenance by predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Operation and maintenance of Caterpillar gas engine G3520C, Engine Quantity 5Nos, and Output 1950KW of each Generator.
• Diesel Power Plant CKD Hardec kralove CZECH Republic, Engine quantity 5Nos, 1930 KW Output of each Generator.
• Condition monitoring of all the rotary equipments by vibration analysis and implementation of lubrication schedules.
