Develop knowledge database for Saudi Telecom Company in the field of Outside Plant and Optical Networks
•Conduct training courses for design, implementation and inspection teams in the field of Optical Networks, Civil Outside Plant (Trenching, Ducting, MHs/HHs placement, reinstatement ...etc) and Optical Networks (Cabling, installations, Testing and measurements)
•Review current Saudi Telecom Company standards and specifications for telecom exchanges, Data centers and civil guidelines for OSP
•Ensure that the current specifications are aligned with the international standards (Bicsi/ANSI, TIA, EN and IEC)
•Ensuring the design quality for all regions and districts across the kingdom
•Managing Several projects in Al-Reem Island and Sadyiat Island in the field of ICT & Security
•Key contact engineer for several projects according to consultant’s requirement to hold RCDD, OSP or ESS certification
•Review designs for ICT, Security Systems (VSS, ACS, PA, FA, SCS) and OSP.
•Review designs for Fiber Optical Networks, ICT, Security Systems (VSS, ACS, PA, FA, SCS) and Outside Plant.
•Providing a technical support on Fiber Optic Technology to both the Operations and Sales Departments.
• Being the technical authority on all aspects of the company's fiber optic activities, Structured Cabling Systems and Data Centers.
•Responsible for maintaining technical training plans for all the field engineers and technicians.
•Review technical specifications and managing contractual requirements of projects under tendering.
•Supervise Factory Acceptance Tests for optical cables and terminals
•Performing overall field quality inspection function to identify further training development requirements of field personnel.
•Responsible for carrying out regular technical assessments of all technical supervisors to identify any training needs.
•To create and develop the work practices and update the work method of statements.

•Analyze OTDR and PM/LS Test results
•Train the technical team in both UAE and Qatar branches
Responsible for maintaining CCTV, Access control, PAGA, PBX, optical networks and SCADA systems
•Perform preventive maintenance checks for all telecom systems in Habshan and Bab plant
Responsible for all the Optical Networks and low current systems (CCTV, ACS, PA, FA) in the running projects with Directorate of Military Works DMW in Albateen airbase, Al Dhafra airbase, Safran airbase and Zayed Military City.

• Responsible for managing the Projects Department, scheduling the installation and the completion of the projects in the field of security and fiber optic transmission systems.
• Ensures proper support to the Sales department in giving advices on the proper product and time required for completing the projects.
• Planning and procurement of installation materials are tested and are as per the requirement of the site
• Achieving the monthly invoicing target, budgeting and Forecasting.
• Adherence to Quality Management System procedure and its performance.
