Managedisplaying items, Serving customers, Dealing with any queries or complaints,
Advising customers on their purchases. Do the schedule ordering, managing POS, do
stock counts as necessary, Overseeing deliveries, do other store reports and other sales
related works to meet the sales goal.
* Assist in the preparation of the staff schedule, generate sales to budget by ensuring wanted merchandise is on display and all staff provide quality customer service, product knowledge and sales skills. Responsible for profitability of the Retail Operations.
•Drive Retail Sales with strong Target Achievement orientation. Lead, Train & Motivate the strong Retail force of Area Managers, Store Managers & Retail Staff.
To ensure that all staff and management are working together in the most efficient, customer
oriented and productive manner in order to create and improve a highly successful, sales driven
retail outlet.• Responsible for Stock, Store Layout, Product & Merchandise layout, Retail
Marketing & Promotional initiatives, high level of Customer Service standards, Store Visual.
Merchandising, controlling shrinkage & overall Store operations.
Supervising junior staff ensuring each department are fully ready for trading. Driving sales,
keeping track of what is most saleable and what is slow-moving products. Assisting Customers
with Their NeedsHandling Returns and Exchanges & Training staff. Assists in supervising the receiving, storing and distribution of supplies. Fills orders from
requisitions and issues supplies and stock upon request.
