MEP Construction Manager of, 2 High Rise Residential towers in the Burj downtown Dubai.
Responsibilities:
" Coordinate the MEP design and execution between design office and contractors/subcontractors.
" Provide the planning input for the MEP works and Monitor Planning vs. Progress on site.
" Able to review resource reports like (manpower histograms, plant and machinery schedule) and ascertain adequacy of resources deployed for timely completion of the project .
" Audit the performance of MEP subcontractors.
" Implement/follow proper QA/QC procedures by maintaining and following Project QA/QC Manual .
" adept in and aware of International and Local Building Codes of all MEP Systems.
" Have hands on experience on the procurement, installation and testing & commissioning of all MEP Systems.
" To ensure compliance of construction activity to best industry standards, international codes, planned
timelines, allotted budget, company strategy and goals.

" To establish method statements, material submittals and measures for successful and efficient working condition at site.
" To study the relevant international and local standards, regulations and practices and adopt the applicable standards, codes, regulation and local practices.
" Ensure that the quality of material and installation of works are in accordance with the project requirements, specifications, approved method statements and approved material etc.
" Day to day coordination with Consultant, Main contractor and the Client.
" Preparation of work schedule, Manpower schedules, bill of material and float the enquiries for subcontract works and Material suppliers etc.
" Review and reporting system performance, staffing, costs, incidents and emergencies, remedial and corrective actions and measures to avoid future incidents or accidents.
" Carry out necessary follow-ups with vendors, suppliers and sub-contractors for timely execution and delivery of the ordered items for the timely completion of the project.
" Respond to emergency conditions as and when the necessity occurs.
