Preparing the Technical Proposals, BOQ & building the overall solution architecture and Solution design. Administrating & Leading Projects inception, Elaboration, construction and production phases.
Control, manage & define the CX cloud vision, mission & strategy across the company & customer level and performing the cross-selling & up-selling activities for all CX cloud portfolio.
Hands-on configuration & administration experience for the CX & SRM cloud applications. Spearheading Site Management and get customer satisfaction for the solution deployed and support provided.
Build the overall solution’s conceptual, logical, security, integration and physical architecture and ensures that it matches customer’s standards, vision and strategy.
Responsible for creating and implementing innovative solutions with industry-wide impact. Leads the solution design, development and implementation aspects of engagements ensuring high quality, integrated solutions.
Performing technical consulting management and technical advisory across solutions and ensures that it matches the standards and best practices. Understand the customer need and establish company's product as the best solution that addresses the technical and business requirements.
Build solution technical design, developments standards and best practices to ensure a successful system implementation & delivery.
Monitoring, assisting, helping, reviewing and validating all products development efforts and technical code review. Preparing presentations, POCs and demo’s workshops. Managing more than 40+ Applications, core-tech and middleware resources.
Perform Siebel Applications configuration, administration, customization, integration and migration activities. Build POC applications and perform a high-quality demonstration and presentation. Lead Siebel technical team, mentoring, advising and ensure that product matches the best high standards and best practices
Responsible of all Siebel application configuration, customization, integration and migration activities. Integrating Siebel application with OIM, AD, Email, Call Center, ECM, Autovue...etc.
Developing the required POC and demos while presenting product features, value propositions and key differentiators. Participate in the production, implementation and support activities.
Participate in Business/System analysis, configuration and development for Arab Bank CRM Call Center Application, Arab Bank CRM Marketing Application, Sales applications, AML and Arabi Millionaire systems.
