Manufacturing and selling of Air-conditioners, Water Coolers, Refrigerators (commercial); Water Coolers & Water Heaters; Polyurethane sandwich panels; cold room/stores; Also Import purchase to resale in local market
Duties and Responsibilities:
Looking after department sales operation and ensuring proper supply and distribution against the orders. Responsible for co-corporate sales. i.e. client like Alghanim (X-cite); Eureka, Abyat, LULU, Yusufi (Best) etc...
Sales administration, preparation and supervision of documentations.
Dealing and handling corporate sales
Managing, updating and building the sales contacts database through various channels;
Data management and extending delicate support for sales ground staff in resolving the problems associated with individual customer or corporate, getting customers feedback and implementing corrective measures.
Maintaining entire sales statistics and track on availability of material for proper supplies.
Sales analysis, sales performance reports, stock status reports.
Sales Planning, sales forecasting, sales strategies; proposals.
Tracking with factories on raw material availability and raw material arrival schedules.
Regular follow-up on Production Plan and actual Production to avoid any scarcity in supply.
Making sure on proper despatches for clients.
Handling entire correspondence independently, local customer and with overseas suppliers.
Being representative for company products in exhibition/ fairs or business show ( local & International)
Meeting clients and resolving their queries and concerns, obtaining and sharing sales statistics report from clients for study and strategies.
