Approve Shop Drawings as received from the contractor after reviewed and commented.
Analysis of Contractor’s material submittals for approval from the client.
Approval of Method Statement for construction activities prior to the commencement of work.
Approve RFI as received from the contractor, once reviewed and commented by the Engineers
Supervision of Water, Sewer, Storm water, Irrigation, Telecom, Fire, District cooling, Gas, Electrical, Street lighting network and Sewer Lifting Station.
Monitor the progress of works as per work program submitted by the contractor
Ensure that works are compliant with the contractor HSE plans at all times.
Attend progress of meeting with the Employer and the Contractor when required.
Correspond with the Contractor and the Employer on contractual and technical matters.
Advice proposal for any changes on to be made at the site during construction.
Review and approval for submission of Monthly progress report.
Reviving and assessing Claims / Preparation of Variation Order.
Certify progress payment submitted by the Contractor.
Review and approval of As-Built Drawings for final submission.
Liaise with the Engineer’s design office when required.

• Awareness and vigilance with regards to all aspects of construction activity to provide quality assurance and safety standards in line with contractual requirements
• Analysis of Contractor’s Technical proposals and their approvals.
• Coordination with client, contractor and concerned department of Utility services.
• Develop site supervision and Inspection procedure.
• Review of additional and deletion cost of the project.
• Cost control and assessment of payment application.
• Certify Interim Payment submitted by the contractor.
• Review and comment on the method of statements as received from the Contractor
• Supervision and Inspection of Piling, steel bars, formworks and placement of concrete in LRT all Structural works as per specification and approved drawing.
• Testing, Evaluation and assessment of Sub-grade & fill, Asphalt with respect to their suitability
• Resolve the issues created at the site during construction activities.
• Coordination in Verification of the Bill of Quantities and measurement works.
• Preparation of daily site activity.
• Manage the Site technical staff.
• Checking of Reinforcement and Formwork on all structural works.
• Implementation of quality control procedure for material and workmanship
• Checking of Fault list and final inspection.
• Getting final approval from concern authorities.
• Overall supervision of Pumping Station, conduit, rising main, syphon and laying & jointing of 1800mm dia. MS and RC pipeline.
