• Supervising the team of energy engineers (electrical and mechanical) to conduct energy audits for industrial facilities

• Looking for new customers and sustaining the relationships to maximize market share of the company
• Supervising and proceeding with proposals and contracts presented to the customers and following them up
• Reviewing and auditing the reports and discussing them with customers to highlight the potential savings

Key Responsibilities
• Supervising and controlling the production processes on shift basis in addition to make recommendations for developing relevant procedures
• Managing the team in the shift of daily work, start up and shutdown cases, to achieve the deliverables with respect to their priorities during timeframe related to safety, O&M, energy, production, manpower resources
• Participating in process daily meetings, energy consumption, quality control and efficiency improvement efforts
• Producing production orders and ensuring product quality compliance to specs
• Leading troubleshooting, root cause analysis and technical problem solving
• Optimizing the use of industrial utilities of compressed air, steam, hot water, fresh water.
• Good knowledge of industrial water treatment systems (softeners, RO, chemical treatment systems, sand filter…)
• Training and motivating shift members and new engineers to maximize their contribution and process understanding
• Strong knowledge in industrial processes controllers, machines, pumps, valves…etc., good knowledge in the controllers: direction, response, loops and types, final control elements, trends and control applications in the plants, with vast experience of Distributed Controlling System (DCS)

Dealing with water treatment systems in the industrial and commercial facilities and professional in designing and installing water treatment systems (including RO systems) regarding the need for the customer’s systems
Key Responsibilities
• Designing and installing new water treatment systems for industrial applications
• Designing the chemical treatment system for the existing system (steam, hot water, chilled water)
• Conducting site visits and measurements for the plants to confirm the water systems in the best conditions
