7) Preparing and submitting the inspection and violation reports.

Pipeline Rehabilitation work on site To provide assistance to the respective plant Safety on all work activities in the plant and projects in order to prevent near misses, accidents & losses of company property by ensuring compliance to Titan Safety procedures, rules and regulations. To conduct safety & health training, communication with plant personnel for Safety Inspection, Permit Issuance and etc..
