1. Prepare Standards for Project Digital Data across Communities functions of Development and Property Management (inclusive of Asset Management & Estate Management).
2. Work with each of the Projects to prepare a GIS implementation plan.
3. Prepare Budgets with Active Project, Development and Property Management.
4. Create the GIS database for Communities Active Projects.
5. Import Active Projects’ plans and as built drawing into the GIS system and build its associated attributes.
6. Determine and make recommendation whether to outsource GIS Management or to carry out some functionality in-house.
7. Work with Property Management to implement GIS on operational assets
8. Prepare RFP’s for engagement of specialist providers as required.
9. Work with each of the Projects to implement Standards with selected Service Providers.
10. Monitor the adherence of Projects & Assets to Standards.
11. Manage the GIS system within the Communities.
12. Analyze, extract and create reports of the GIS system according to the business requirements.
13. Prepare in-house plot controls as required in conjunction with Planning & Design.
14. Work with each of the New Projects as required in establishing GIS protocols.
15. Provide CAD support to Planning & Design as required for in-house studies
16. Use GIS to interpret, question and analyze masterplans.
17. Conduct field investigations, surveys, impact studies, or other research to compile and analyze data on economic, social, regulatory, or physical factors affecting land use.
18. Conduct comparative analysis of competing developments using GIS.
19. Train concerned team members on using the GIS View applications.
20. Initiate & Recommend as per internal policies and procedures all GIS tasks.
