• Responsible for the marketing of retail banking asset products - Personal finance, auto finance, home finance, credit cards and remittance.
• Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the products and sales department. This details the year’s activity to meet agreed bank objectives.
• Brand management - Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
• Budget management - To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget and to direct marketing staff where budgets are devolved.
• Effectiveness measurement - Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Vendor management - Working closely with advertising, media and distribution agencies to achieve business goals.
• Internal marketing stakeholder management - Working closely with research and insights, internal communication, public relation and digital marketing team.
• Management of loyalty program including the relation with business partners.
• Production & Logistics - BTL material, application forms and cards inventory management including designing, printing/ production, stocking and delivery.

• Management of customer service department - Responsible for management of front office (which receives personal customers) and back office (which receives customer inquiries and complaints for the asset products), and making sure that the processes adhere to agreed SLAs.
