Arranging the onboarding of the new colleagues - visa allocation, flight ticket, airport assistance, issuance of residence permit, induction, reallocation to workplace etc.
•Employee Benefits - issuing the health insurance, allocation the company accommodation, payment of fringe benefits
•Payroll - execution of the entire payroll activities including the variable pays, bank transfer, WPS updates, attending the payroll queries, preparing the management reports.
•Maintain the employee database
•Renewal of residence permit, traffic volition payments, GOSI payments
Employee relation - advising the mangers on disciplinary actions and taking the disciplinary action whenever issues arises.
•Issuing the employment contract and renewal of the contracts
•Compliances - to ensure all the process are done as per the Saudi labour law and submitting the reports to the authorities.
