Update CEO, Chairman, and Management Board on financial-related matters for 57+ entities by preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual dashboard reports in line with US GAAP and IFRS. Coordinate with CFO for numerous Corporate Finance-related divisions and responsibilities while leading team of 20 key members. Conduct quarterly audits and present reports to key stakeholders and statutory review team. Collaborate with FTA and external tax accountants to develop and submit group’s local and international VAT and other TAX. Monitor and enforce strict budgetary controls aligned with Organisational KPIs, identifying and mitigating any deviations that arise. Direct Project Financial Modelling and oversee Treasury-related Project Equity and Debt Financing streams while managing intercompany transactions, Shared Services, and Loan agreements and resolving any disputed items. Supervise procurement function in compliance with ICOFR, P&P, DOA, and FTA regulations while streamlining procedure improvements to enhance efficiencies across team. Developed robust Risk and Control Matrices (RACMs) within organisation to ensure compliance with regulatory framework by implementing IFRS-related changes and Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority Resolutions on ICOFR.
