Currently responsible for financial monitoring & reconciliation, Core Banking consultancy, MIS reporting (internal/external data exposure) for beneficiary parties including the internal departments & QCB (Qatar Central Bank)...
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the management of Core Banking systems in the bank
- Continuously enhance the system to meet the business
requirements and ensure users' satisfaction to be the maximum
- Liaise with business heads & managers to implement & continuously improve all Core Banking systems & all of their related applications
- Liaise with business teams and key staff personnel to translate business requirements into IT solutions
- Provide technical support and expertise with respect to the development and Integration of IT projects and new systems
- Participate in developing RFPs & in selecting third party vendors
- Develop required documentation for all new IT/Finance core system/e-channel projects
Responsible for all of the bank's internal IT development, in relevance to 3rd party interaction/interfacing, internal data exposure, such as QCB (Qatar Central Bank) & Credit Bureau reporting, as well as core banking product & behavioral consultancy & support...
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the team of developers wherever Core Banking integration is involved
- First line support for all incidents and problems that occur on the banking applications
- Liaise with business division heads & key staff personnel to translate business requirements into IT solutions
- Provide technical support & expertise with respect to the development & integration of IT projects & new financial systems
- Patch testing of bug fixes for applications before deploying them on production
- Develop required documentation for all IT systems and maintain them
- Ensure that the developed solutions satisfy the business and operational requirements they were created for
- Performing and delivering projects related to branch systems, and setting up new branch related activities
Responsible for the bank's application-related projects' scope definitions, execution plans, resource allocation & management, making sure they're delivered on time & with the best possible quality standards...
Performed initial business analysis gaps, in order to identify what changes needs to be done on the existing environment so as to improve the bank's overall efficiency/productivity...
