Civil site engineer in Roads and infrastructure in Abu Dhabi.
Some of the responsibilities:
- Implementation of infrastructural drawings onsite
- Road Activities (Curbstone fixing, Subbase, Asphalt works, etc)
- Supervision of ongoing site activities
- Coordination with other departments (MEP, Electrical ...)
- Perform the calculations of concrete volume and supervise on implementation
- Coordination with subcontractors
- Meeting the specifications of work according to Method statements and taking care of Risk Assessment
- Taking care of safety measures in order not to have any onsite injuries
-Plans, design, and directs civil engineering projects
-Analyze reports, maps, drawings, tests, and soil composition
-Calculate cost and determine feasibility of the project
-Inspect construction site
-Use computer-assisted engineering and design software
• On job training at Golden Tower, Jeddah Project; supervise, implement, progress of the construction according to plan drawings
• Perform the calculations of concrete volume of the tower and supervise on implementation
• Perform the calculations of the floor levels and requirements of bars
• Performed slump and compaction tests on the site
• Introduction to ACI code
• Introduced to water proofing system (external walls, wet areas.)
• Introduced to dewatering system
• Introduced to Building Insulation
