• Introduce and implement machines down time analysis to all the production machinery in all plants.
• Reduce the Equipment Downtime percentage from 12.0 % to a 6.0 % in 2016.
• Reduce The Equipment Downtime Percentage from 6.0 % to a 5.4 % in 2017.
• Found and present a solution to the company’s Satellite spare parts store 10 years old problem. Solution was accepted and a time plan was generated to implement the solution in 2017.
• Implement the plant Preventative Maintenance program on a wide scale for the all the running machineries.
