• Collecting and processing of information useful for the
commercial development of CACEIS.
• Participating in the implementation of a restitution system
and / or a workflow for the distribution of targeted
information by user category (management and sales).
• Producing periodic commercial reports. Critical reading of
said reports in search of areas for improvement
• Ad hoc studies on the progress of commercial indicators in
ppt and pdf format

• Maintenance of global agreements and customer legal entity databases to ensure the appropriate documentation is signed by the clients and that database integrity is not compromised
• Provide platinum customer service by assisting internal and external clients with contract related inquiries
• Question current procedures and functions and offer enhancements to existing workflow.
• Ensure all team members have the latest information on all on-going issues.

Projects involved:
• Global Retail Bank, Customer Journeys Strategy - involved in the development of a Customer Journeys Approach for a Cards engagement platform implementation, supported by best practices, data analysis, and customer research pillars. This work also included the development of comprehensive Learning & Development material, the assessment of Customer Journey tools available in the market and writing a white paper.
• Specialist UK Lending Bank, Market Intelligence - performed the analysis of IT industry trends and application/platform vendor research to support an Applications Strategy engagement.

Project involved: acquisition of new French customers
• Generating new business leads and contacts through cold calling, maintaining existing relationships and client meetings.
• Planning work and setting deadlines to meet the agreed needs
• Reporting, both in written and verbal form, to marketing manager and the CEO regarding progress and status, formally and on an ad-hoc basis as required.
