contracts for Electrical and Mechanical and commissioning.
• Ensure procurement activities are conducted in an open, fair and auditable manner.
• Ensure adherence to pertinent procurement legislation.
• Ensure work activities are in compliance with Company procedures.
• Support the Contracts Manager and contracts team generally to deliver necessary
contracting activities for the project.
• Advise, guide and support Contract Users on the fundamental principles and processes to
adopt when developing and implementing contracting strategies.
• Draft and compile Invitation to Tender, Tender Evaluation and Contract documents in a
clear, detailed proactive manner with the objective of minimizing claims and disputes.
• Ensure tendering, bid clarifications & tender evaluations are carried out consistently &
fairly.
