• Managing Day By Day activities with the internal and external customers (Airforce)
• Responsible for the overall management of programs/projects and developing program
management strategic directions, in areas covering program management planning,
contracts management, and operational excellence.
• Ensure program action item responses are provided on time to the customer.
• Ensure that program risk & issue registers are updated frequently and escalate the risk/
issue to the appropriate level when required.

tender committee as required.
• Prepare procurement progress and cost reports, highlighting areas of concerns,
recommend remedial actions if any, in a timely manner.
• Maintain open communication with project and production teams.
• Commercial management and administration of various development contracts, such as
contracts for Electrical and Mechanical and commissioning.
• Ensure procurement activities are conducted in an open, fair and auditable manner.
• Ensure adherence to pertinent procurement legislation.
• Ensure work activities are in compliance with Company procedures.
• Support the Contracts Manager and contracts team generally to deliver necessary
contracting activities for the project.
• Advise, guide and support Contract Users on the fundamental principles and processes to
adopt when developing and implementing contracting strategies.
• Draft and compile Invitation to Tender, Tender Evaluation and Contract documents in a
clear, detailed proactive manner with the objective of minimizing claims and disputes.
• Ensure tendering, bid clarifications & tender evaluations are carried out consistently &
fairly.
