Responsible for the overall functions including corporate HSSE with the accountability of developing & implementing safety policies, conducting inspections and audits, advising systemic correction in deficiencies and weaknesses
•Planning, executing and improving health, safety, security & environmental management system within the organization. Implementing strategic direction of HSSE for the organization through assessable objectives
•Reviewing and verifying full compliance of all HSSE policies, procedures, plans through proper documentation. Recognizing and connecting the gaps between HSEMS of company as well as actual enactment at the sites
•Spearheading internal HSSE audits of facilities and ensuring corrective action is recorded to create reports for external audits within the organization
•Improving, controlling and verifying KPI’s and increasing the compliance with the team to accomplish project safety index. Identifying the gaps between client, contractors and sub-contractors for achieving organization objects
•Coordinating with international accreditation bodies to resolve issues. Regularly overseeing and supervising the execution of site HSE rules as per the required documentation, including PTW, JSA, and Checklists
•Controlling and monitoring critical operations, HSE arrangements through HSE Tools I., comprising risk assessments, LOTO procedures, complex lift plans, PPE’S, devices etc.
•Accountable for managing the promotion of HSSE culture and awareness while ensuring compliance with HSSE Standards, Contract documents and local regulations
•Interacting, recognizing and delivering HSSE training to improve the process of management and staff during all stages. Assessing contractors and sub-contractor by ensuring health & safety
•Participating and attending frequent meetings with top management, contractors, sub-contractor, vendors and local and external authorities
•Providing internationally accredited as well as streamlining and conducting training programs to different clients. Contributing with the team to improve training plans through costing and course outline development
•Identifying and assessing training need analysis, training matrixes, evaluations and certification process to ensure smooth coordination and implementation
•Delivering consultancy services to clients regarding policy & procedures development, risk assessments, audits, and investigations etc.
•Handling maintenance of all parts of the aircraft including engines, electrical systems, cabin maintenance, hydraulic systems, communications systems, and instrument systems
•Providing technical guidance and support while controlling, robbing and addressing defects. Coordinating and supervising the implementation of various programs by utilizing various management tools
•Devising effective strategies for root cause analysis/equipment statistics related to critical process equipment while performing an inspection clearance of items repaired in-house
•Controlling and monitoring critical operations, HSE arrangements through HSE Tools I., comprising risk assessments, LOTO procedures, complex lift plans, PPE’S, devices etc.
