Followed by creating a disaster recovery site (within Iraq) with replication servers.
▪Implemented the IT standards, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with its business goals and global IT standards and managed the operational services to be aligned with the agreed SLAs.
▪Implemented and managed Tenable vulnerability scanner for assessment computers/servers/network devices, Tenable IO for web applications (SOC), Alert Logic for Syslog and event log servers (SIEM), and CrowdStrike MDR.
▪Created an off-site (in Dubai) disaster recovery site for the main servers for the terminal operating system (Navis TOS).
▪Improved internet stability by up to 40% by configuring the firewalls to balance between 3 internet links and decrease internet cost by 10% through effective negotiating pricing with internet service providers.
▪Implemented terminal operating systems TOS (Navis N4), 2 successful upgrades from 2.6 to 3.4 and from 3.4 to 3.8).

▪ Upgraded Microsoft active directory and Microsoft Exchange servers. Installed and deployed Microsoft SCCM Server.
▪ Saved up to 20% of Internet cost by negotiating the price with ISP and applying new solutions.
