Manufacturing Sector. LTE is a pioneer & sole optical Fiber manufacturing industry in the telecommunication infrastructure of Pakistan .It has so far supplied reliable and quality optical Fiber cable of more than 34, 000 Kms and its associated accessories to private and public organizations like PTCL, Mobilink, Telenor, Warid, and Nayatel and many telecom companies in UAE/Afghanistan.
Services sector.LTE is also offering services of laying, jointing, testing, link maintenance and Security of Optical Fiber Cable through 20 field offices all over Pakistan.


My Responsibilities.

Head of HR Department, reporting directly to CEO,
Major functions were Strategic/ Operational HR Matters, Administrative & Financial matters of department, Internal customer satisfaction, External customer handling and HRD/Trainings of 800 employees all over Pakistan.

Major Achievements.

Set up new HR Department at LTE . Previously, HRM was a part of Admin. Recruited and Trained the HR staff and formulated HR Policies/Procedures/SOPs/ Formats etc

HRIS at LTE (Maintaining/ updating HR Data in ERP System (oracle). Initiated HRIS and completed this important project in collaboration with MIS department i.e. within internal resources in a short span of six months.

Big Recruitment Task for Field Project for Mobilink Completed the Recruitment task for 20 LTE Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) Maintenance Offices, all over country for Telecom Company MOBILINK Pakistan.

Interviewed more than 1000 candidates and selected 150 in a cost effective manner by establishing a systematic & transparent recruitment procedure in collaboration with relevant HOD/Director Field Operations.

On line HR Policies/Procedures at LTE and clearly communicate all relevant human resources policies to staff to ensure that staff is timely notified to any changes

Worked as HR Manager/Head of HR Department in one of the largest Construction firm, SKB, Pakistan from March 2004 to May, 06, reorganized its site office/Camp Area for streamlining the working of different departments.

 Revised the induction process
 Analyzed the HR system and recommended changes at Burhan site camp (500 Employees),
 Prepared a study report to coordinate various departments at site office for smooth working, clearance of bills between Inventory/Stores and Finance Departments and reduced original delivery time of procured goods.

This apex Development Financial Institution (DFI) was established in 1977 for Rural Uplift through Micro Credit to small farmers all over Pakistan.

During my tenure in the Head Office of this Bank, due to horizontal mobility of job structure, performed varied nature of duties in the following departments at different executive positions.


Human Resource:

Performed the following functions for 200 staff and 100 officers of the Bank posted at Head Offices and its Four Regional Offices.

• Develop job description & job requirements.
• Advertise vacancies and assess applications for tests/interview.
• Develop and take selection tests.
• Arrange Interview and complete selection process of candidates
• Arrange On Job Training for new inductees.
• Maintain performance appraisal system
Training coordinator.
( National Center for Cooperative Trainings, NCCT):

• To finalize the Training calendar in coordination with Federal Bank Field Inspection Team and as per requirements of Provincial Cooperative Banks for their Branch Managers/ Officers.

• To design the Training Courses at the Center to fulfill the training needs.
• To Shortlist the internal/ external Trainers, coordinate with them about course contents and arrange their lectures.
• After training, analyze the course on the basis of Evaluation Reports of the trainees.

• To take care all the internal and external affairs of the training center and managed the Financial/ Admin. Requirements (boarding/ lodging of the trainees ) at the center.


Administration (General):

• To procure the Dead Stock items and maintain their record.
• Arrange Building Repairs, and Security Measures at Head Office & Regional Offices.
• To look after MT Section of the Bank.
• To supervise out- door duties viz, Purchasing, Traveling / Hotel Booking and Parties/Seminars/Meetings arrangement
