Duties and Responsibilities:-

Accounts Clerk:-

• Posting daily Sales & Purchase Invoices
• Recording Advance Shipment Note (ASN), Local Purchase Orders (LPO) & Posting Goods Receipt Note (GRN)
• Daily Cash Collecting, recording and depositing to bank.
• Daily Petty Cash Entries.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments and other financial transactions.
• Bank Reconciliation in Facts ERP & Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation.
• Managing Accounts Receivables (AR) and Accounts Payables (AP).
• Ageing and Sending Outstanding SOA, Outstanding Invoices and follow up customers for collection of Cheques.
• Receiving, Posting Cheque Receipts (BRV) and depositing to bank.
• Preparing and Issuing Cheques for suppliers against purchase invoices as per credit period.
• Recording and Posting daily Journal Entries e.g. Utility Bills, Repair and maintenances, Freight and Clearing Charges.

• Managed all inventory related activities to ensure the integrity and accuracy of Stocks/Inventory.
• Creating and preparing the reports, analysis, investigating and documenting variances.

• Conducting inventory audits to identify discrepancies, track inventory levels and monitor stock movements.
