I am Reporting to HR manager, 3 subordinates
In Electric house the Recruitment section responsible for hiring manpower for three trading companies and 2 factories overall KSA branches, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Egypt
• Succession planning and replacements: in cooperation with HR manager, Planning Department and departments Heads, I prepare the Succession plan for all departments and work with recruitment team on hiring the right candidates to suite the plan and updating the reports to management
• Recruitment: filling the vacant positions by following the professional recruitment process with the team and related department for all required positions (seniors to helpers)
• Saudization (nationalization): we achieved high Green NITAQ at our company by focusing to have the right nationals for all possible positions and this is a continuous process
• HRDF & Training: we are responsible for all governmental websites follow up for HRDF payments, re-payments, Training Approval and WPS
• Performance assessment: for my team and we participate in evaluating the new candidates within their probation period
