c) (G+M) Factory
* Doing the required inspections for civil works.
* Controlling the civil sub-contractors.
* Quantity survey.
1) Project Idea & Clients’ Relations:
* Study owner’s requirements, develop project idea as per authorities’ regulations and
owner requirements.
* Prepare quotations and finalize price with owner.
2) Concept Design, Team Coordination and Permitting:
* Guide design team to prepare concept design and obtain owner’s approval.
* Proceed with authorities approval, permitting following up and obtain required
permits and NOCs.
*Site Construction
* Attend and guide site meetings with contractor and owner.
* Review and develop minutes of meeting.
* Review monthly invoices, contractor variation claims, weekly reports and program of
work.
* Cost control.
* Advise in site problems (if any).
* Review and coordinate with design divisions to finalize shop drawings approval.
* Subcontractor and materials approvals.
*Project Handing Over
* Review snag lists.
* Follow handing over procedure to get completion certificate.
* Follow to get all required guarantees and certificates.
